Short version: to host your interactive demos we store your account details, your demo content and the screenshots you upload on our servers. We never see or store your password or card number. This page describes how DemoFlows works today; it is a plain-language placeholder we intend to have properly reviewed before launch, not a substitute for legal advice.
Signing in is required to build demos, and using the studio involves storing:
A demo's play link (/play/…) can be opened by anyone who has it, without signing in. Anything you put in a demo or its screenshots can be seen by people you share the link with, so don't include secrets or personal data you don't want shared.
You can delete any demo from the studio, which also removes screenshots no other demo uses. To delete your account and all associated data, email us at [email protected]. If you're on a paid plan, cancel it first from the Plans page — deleting an account doesn't automatically cancel Stripe billing.
As DemoFlows adds features, this policy will change to match. We'll update the date at the top when that happens.
