These terms are written in plain language because DemoFlows is a small, early-stage tool, not a large platform with a legal team. They cover what DemoFlows is, what it isn't, and what we expect from each other. They are a placeholder we intend to have properly reviewed before launch.
DemoFlows turns screenshots into interactive product demos with hotspots, zoom effects and translations, which you can share with a link. Using the studio requires signing in with Google or GitHub. Your demos and screenshots are stored on our servers so they can be played from a link.
Signing in uses Google or GitHub — we don't offer passwords. You're responsible for activity on your account. See the Privacy Policy for what an account involves.
You own the demos and screenshots you create. You give us only the permission needed to store them and serve them to the people you share them with. You're responsible for your content, including that it's yours to use, that it doesn't expose private information you don't want public, and that it complies with the law.
Paid plans renew automatically until canceled. Payments are handled by Stripe; you can change plans, update your card or cancel from the Plans page, which opens the Stripe customer portal. Cancelling stops future renewals; the plan stays active until the end of the period you've paid for. If a payment fails, Stripe retries it for a while and we may restrict your plan if it can't be collected.
Without an active plan or trial you can't create demos, edit them or upload screenshots. Your existing demos and their play links keep working, and you can still sign in and delete them.
Don't use DemoFlows to host anything illegal, harmful or deceptive, to infringe others' rights, to upload malware, or to abuse or overload the service. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.
DemoFlows is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We work to keep it reliable but can't promise it will always be available or error-free, so keep your own copies of important screenshots. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses.
These terms will change as DemoFlows grows. We'll update the date at the top when they do. Continuing to use the service means you accept the updated terms.
